Molly Dessert is a Global Human Resources Consultant and Talent Acquisition Professional with over 30 years’ experience in entrepreneurial, start-up environments, Fortune 100 multinational corporations and professional services firms. She received her Professional Designation Certification in HR Management from UCLA. She possesses the Senior Professional Human Resources Certification from the HR Certification Institute and has been a member in good standing of the Society of Human Resource Management since 1999. In 2016, she obtained a California Life and Health Insurance Agent’s License.

Molly currently holds the position of Account Manager, Benefits and Director of HR & Administration for Arroyo South Bay. She manages the HR, IT and Administrative functions at Arroyo South Bay using highly honed program development and project management skills.  Further, she offers our clients the unique perspective of understanding the benefit acquisition process from both the employer’s side as well as from the broker/insurance company position.

Molly resides in Paso Robles, California and is passionate about the food and wine industries, world travel and home entertainment.
