Molly Dessert is a Global Human Resources Consultant and Talent Acquisition Professional with more than 30 years of experience supporting entrepreneurial and start-up environments, Fortune 100 multinational corporations, and professional services firms. She brings a wealth of expertise in human resources, administration, talent acquisition, and benefits, along with a strong understanding of the unique needs of both employers and insurance professionals.

As Account Manager, Benefits and Director of HR & Administration at Arroyo South Bay, Molly oversees the firm’s HR, IT, and administrative functions. She applies her extensive experience in program development and project management to help create efficient processes and provide dependable support across the organization.

Molly also brings a unique perspective to employee benefits, having worked closely with the acquisition and administration of benefits from both the employer’s and broker/insurance company perspectives. This allows her to better understand the challenges businesses face and help clients navigate their benefit needs with confidence.

Molly holds a Professional Designation Certification in HR Management from UCLA and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute. She has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 1999 and holds a California Life and Health Insurance Agent’s License.

Outside of work, Molly resides in Paso Robles, California, where she enjoys her passion for the food and wine industries, world travel, and home entertainment.
