Kara Sammons has been in the insurance industry since 1999, starting as an underwriter at Eastwood Insurance. Kara quickly transitioned to commercial lines and discovered her passion for helping clients navigate complex policies and find real value in their coverage. As a Producer, Kara is all about building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with clients who value that personal touch. Kara wears many hats at the agency as a Client Success Manager. Whether she is managing carrier relationships, spearheading marketing efforts, or representing the agency at industry conventions. With a CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation under her belt, Kara is always working to keep things running smoothly. She takes pride in helping the agency succeed and helping with challenging situations that occur —like the time she helped a client save over $300K with an audit dispute. It’s her little superpower!

When she’s not in insurance mode, Kara spends time with her two amazing grown daughters or hanging out with her two boxers. This stage of her life is all about focusing on career growth, connecting with people, and loving the work she does every day.
